How to take, the dosage

The solution prepared from the powder is taken orally on an empty stomach, if there are no problems with the gastrointestinal tract, and if there are, after a meal.

The recommended initial daily dose of the powder is 1 teaspoon, gradually increasing the dose to 3-4 teaspoons per day, depending on tolerance.

The recommended course of therapy is 1-2 months; further on (up to 6 months) Naturail Mag is taken for prevention and support of mineral balance.

Therapeutically, magnesium is used at the daily dose of 0,01-0,015 g/kg of body weight, for adults weighing 60-70 kg – 0,6-0,9 g of magnesium/day.

The dose at which normal stools are maintained is considered optimal.

If diarrhea occurs, the amount of Natural Mag powder taken should be reduced.

Once defecation has normalized, the dose should be gradually brought back to the previous rate, guided by the consistency of the stool.

In order to prepare the solution, pour a dose of the powder into a glass or cup, pour a small amount of boiling water, stir thoroughly and top up with water, fruit juice or tea (if desired).

Special Instructions

Consult a specialist before starting to take the drug.

If adverse reactions are observed, the dose should be reduced or magnesium should be stopped until symptoms subside, after which the course should be resumed at a reduced dose.

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity to magnesium.
