Composition

One tablet contains: lactose monohydrate, 164.2 mg; strawberry leaf, 40 mg; grape leaf, 40mg; wheat starch 3.3 mg.

How to take, the dosage

Tablets: sublingually (sucked up), after meals.

Capsules: orally, after meals.

Two dosages were developed during the study of the drug’s effect on the body systems and the body as a whole:

1 capsule is equal to 5 tablets.

The use of different dosages and their alternation is determined by the specific preventive and therapeutic objectives. When the dose of 1 tablet 3 times a day disrupted connections in the body at the molecular and submolecular level are detected and restored; subjectively this is manifested by various clinical symptoms of chronic pathology present in the person. At a dose of 1 capsule from 6 to 12 times a day directly a positive effect on the pathological focus and replacement of defective cells occurs, subjectively – relief of clinical manifestations. Selection of the scheme of taking Milife® is individual and depends on the initial status (immunological, neurohumoral, etc.).

The initial regimen of Milife®:

1. From day 1 to day 5: 1 tablet 3 times daily;
2. From day 6 for 12 weeks: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 1 tablet 3 times a day; Thursday,Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 1 capsule. 3 times daily;
3. For women: intravaginal Balm solid for 30 days (except menstrual days);
4. Physical activity.

After taking the starting scheme, the doctor decides the need for further administration of Milife® on an individual scheme. For athletes and persons intensively engaged in physical training, the starting scheme is the same, but in the pre-start and starting periods, the dose increases to 12 capsules This scheme is approved by the Laboratory of Clinical Pharmacology and Anti-Doping Control of the Moscow Research Center for Sports Medicine.

Interaction

Milaif® can be combined with antibiotics of tetracycline, penicillin range, cephalosporins, macrolides, nitrofuran derivatives, naphthiridine, preparations of ursodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid, drugs of fluoroquinolone range, while reducing the dose of antibiotics by 2/3 during administration of Milaif®. A synergistic interaction of Milife® with gamma-amino-beta-phenyl butyric acid was found. Milife® enhances the effect of peripheral vasodilators, antiarrhythmic, membrane stabilizing, anticonvulsants, anti-Parkinsonian drugs, NSAIDs, but does not combine with arylcarboxylic acid derivatives and oxycams.

Special Instructions

Based on 15 years of observation of people of different sex and age taking Milife®, the following results were obtained.

There was normalization of all blood parameters (clinical and biochemical).

There was normalization of T- and B-cell immune system parameters.

The study of the hormone profile showed correlation influence of the drug Milife® on the level of pituitary and ovarian hormones in the I and II phases of the menstrual cycle, the reliable increase of progesterone in the ovulatory phase of the menstrual cycle. The anovulatory cycle was not observed in any woman of childbearing age.

The data obtained point to the reliable stabilization and normalization of the neurohormonal profile in the reproductive ring of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal-ovarian system, which allows us to recommend the drug Milife® to girls of pre-puberty period to relieve the syndrome of psycho-emotional lability, to establish and normalize the menstrual cycle.

In ultrasound examination we found a reduction in the size of subserosal interstitial fibromatous nodules up to their complete lysis, while a small percentage of women experienced a “birth” of submucosal fibromatous nodules and disappeared cellularity of the myometrium and cystic ovarian degeneration.

After taking the drug, positive EEG dynamics in the form of normalization of the alpha rhythm, appearance of zonal differences, disappearance of paroxysmal changes at functional loads were revealed. The revealed positive EEG dynamics indicates the normalization of the functional state of mesodiencephalic brain structures against the background of taking Milife® in more than 90% of those who took the drug.

In chronic latent forms of genital herpes and chlamydia, a massive exit of infectious agents from cells and their subsequent elimination was found, which is associated with the development of the body’s “short” immunity. Milife® , when administered for 21 days with a course of treatment, improves the overall athletic performance by at least 30%, as shown by the increase of time to failure on the treadmill with a stepped-up physical load.

A powerful antioxidant effect of the drug in the same period was found. Morphologically, this effect was expressed in the stabilization of muscle mass against the background of fat mobilization, whereas in the control group there were signs of maladaptation to similar loads in the form of a total decrease of three morphological indices (body weight, muscle mass, fat mass).

Milife® with a course of use prevents an increase in urea concentration in the blood of athletes (statistically significant by 17.8%), as well as a decrease in hematocrit and lactate. There was an increase of myocardial contractility and improvement of cardiac propulsive work.

An economization of circulatory system function was achieved by increasing the ability of muscles to use oxygen and improving the ability to isotonic contraction of the heart muscle.
