How to take, the dosage

Rectally.

Adults – 1-2 suppositories 1-4 times a day, children aged 3-8 years – 1/2 suppository a day; 8-15 years – 1 suppository a day.

The course of treatment is from 7 days to 4 months, depending on the nature of the disease.

Contraindications

Leukemic forms of leukemia (especially myeloid), lymphogranulematosis, malignant bone marrow diseases.

Side effects

Rarely, allergic skin reactions (urticarial rash), headache, dizziness.
