Menovazine is a local anesthetic agent.

Racementol (menthol) when applied to the skin causes irritation of nerve endings and dilation of surface vessels of the skin and a feeling of coolness, accompanied by analgesic (analgesic) effect and relief of skin itching.Procaine (novocaine) is a local anesthetic agent with moderate anesthetic activity.

Blocks sodium channels, prevents generation of impulses in the endings of sensitive nerves and conduction of impulses along the nerve fibers. Benzocaine (anesthesin) is a local anesthetic for surface anesthesia.

Menthol increases the local anesthetic effect of procaine (novocaine) and benzocaine (anesthesin) when used simultaneously in a combined product.

Pharmacokinetics

When applied externally the components of the drug practically do not enter the systemic bloodstream.

Indications

Used as a local anesthetic for neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia and itchy dermatoses.

Contraindications
