How to take, the dosage

About 2-3 grams (1 tablespoon) of crushed herbs placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 min, cooled at room temperature for 45 min, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.
