Mastodynon is a combined homeopathic medicine.

It has a dopaminergic effect, due to which the secretion of prolactin by adenohypophysis is reduced. At the same time the production of gonadotropic hormones of the pituitary gland is normalized, which leads to the elimination of yolk body insufficiency and associated menstrual disorders and infertility.

When the level of prolactin decreases, the preconditions for reversal of the pathological process in cystic fibrosis mastopathy are created. At the same time the therapeutic effect usually occurs after 6 weeks.

Indications

As a symptomatic remedy on the recommendation of a doctor during treatment:

premenstrual syndrome (breast tension, mental lability, constipation, swelling, headache/migraine);
fibrocystic mastopathy;
menstrual disorders and/or infertility caused by insufficiency of the corpus luteum.

Special instructions

If pregnancy occurs while taking the drug, the drug should be stopped.

Due to the ethanol content (47 – 53% by volume), this product should not be used after successful anti-alcohol treatment, and in case of liver disease it should only be used after consultation with a doctor.

Treatment with homeopathic medicines does not exclude the use of other medicines.

Slight turbidity or slight precipitation may occur during storage. This does not affect the effectiveness of the drug.

It is known that during homeopathic treatment, bad habits such as smoking and drinking alcohol have a negative impact on the effectiveness of the homeopathic medicine.

Vitex agnus castus (Agnus castus) D1 – 20 g,

Caulophyllum thalictroides D4 – 10 g,

Cyclamen europaeum (Cyclamen) D4 – 10 g,

Strychnos ignatii (Ignatia) D6 – 10 g,

Iris versicolor (Iris) D2 – 20 g,

Lilium lancifolium (Lilium tigrinum) D3 – 10 g.

Auxiliary component: 47.0-53.0% (volume).

Pregnancy

The drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.
The drug should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children’s age up to 12 years.
Mastodinon drops are not used in the treatment of malignant diseases of the mammary glands.

Side Effects

Possible: allergic reactions.

In very rare cases, possible: stomach pain, nausea, slight weight gain, itchy exanthema, acne and headaches, and also, due to the content of Agnus castus, temporary psychomotor agitation, confusion and hallucinations may occur. In these cases, it is necessary to discontinue the drug and consult a doctor.

Interaction

When storing Mastodinon, the solution may become cloudy or flakes may fall out, but this does not affect the activity of the drug.
