Local symptomatic treatment and analgesia in children from birth and adults for otitis media with intact tympanic membrane, including:

• acute exudative middle otitis;
• otitis as a complication of influenza, exudative viral otitis;
• barotraumatic otitis media.

Special Instructions

The duration of use of Lorotox® should not exceed 10 days, after which the prescribed treatment should be reviewed.
When using Lorotox® in combination with other ear drops it is necessary to maintain an interval of at least 30 minutes between injections.

Information for athletes: The product contains an active ingredient that may give a positive reaction in doping controls.

The drug does not affect the ability to drive a vehicle or operate complex machinery, machines or any other complex equipment requiring increased attention.

Contraindications

The integrity of the tympanic membrane should be checked before using the drug. If used with a perforated eardrum the product may come into contact with the middle ear and cause complications.
