Because Linkas® Balm has only a local effect, no pharmacokinetic studies have been conducted.

Indications

As a symptomatic remedy in the complex treatment of acute respiratory diseases, accompanied by a cough with difficult to clear sputum, runny nose, a feeling of nasal congestion, as well as muscle pain caused by coughing.

Special instructions

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes of the nose and mouth, as well as damaged skin.

Influence on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery

The drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (driving a car and other vehicles, working with moving mechanisms, working as a dispatcher and operator, etc.).

Excipients:
Hard paraffin 16 g, white soft paraffin 45 g.

Pregnancy

Due to the lack of sufficient research to date, the drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, a tendency to bronchospasm, damage to the skin, the presence of skin diseases in the areas where the drug is intended to be used, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age under 18 years.

Side Effects

With increased individual sensitivity, allergic reactions are possible; burning sensation, redness and itching at the sites where the drug was applied.

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been reported to date.

Recommendations for use

For external use only.

For acute respiratory viral infections, accompanied by a cough with difficult-to-discharge sputum, runny nose, and nasal congestion, a small amount of ointment should be applied to the skin of the chest and rubbed in with gentle massaging movements; the procedure should be repeated 3-4 times a day; the average course of treatment is 7 days;

For muscle pain caused by coughing, a small amount of ointment should be applied to the painful area and rubbed into the skin with light massaging movements 3-4 times a day, the course of treatment is up to 7 days; To achieve a better result, the painful area can be covered with a warm bandage.

Storage conditions

At a temperature not higher than 25°C. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life

3 years. Do not use after expiration date.
