How to take, the dosage

About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of flowers is placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

Hot oral intake is 1-2 cups 2-3 times a day.

It is recommended to shake the infusion before drinking.
