* Allergen Unit (AU) is Lopharm’s unit of standardization. One AU is equivalent to 1/40 of the provocative dose of the corresponding unmodified allergen as assessed by a nasal provocation test in volunteers sensitized to the ticks Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae.
