- Take melted milk 1-3 liters.
- Cool (if you cooked the ghee yourself)or heat to 38-40oC (if you bought in a store)
- Take a package of starter and stir.
- And then you can use the yogurt machine, multicooker, thermos, or just a pot. The main condition is to maintain the temperature within the recommended limits for a specified time.
- Following this we cool it for 8-10 hours at a temperature of 36-40o degrees
