Adults take 1 capsule once a day.

L-carnitine is widely used in sports nutrition at high loads (during the training process in the development of aerobic performance) to improve the speed and strength and coordination of movements to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat, to accelerate recovery processes after physical activity, stress, to accelerate regeneration of muscle tissue after possible injury. It promotes increased fat metabolism during aerobic activity (running, swimming and other breathing exercises).

Carnitine should be taken immediately before or during exercise. Any use not linked with an aerobic workout does not lead to a significant effect of fat burning.
