Pharmacological properties. Pharmacological properties of the drug are caused by the content of its constituent immunoglobulins of classes IgG, IgA, IgM. The drug increases specific immunity due to immunoglobulins that have local effect in the lumen of small and large intestine, blocking microbial cell receptors, thereby reducing the adsorption of microbes on the cells of the epithelium of the intestinal mucosa and inhibiting the reproduction of adsorbed microbial cells, weakening or preventing the development of the infection.
Indications
Composition
Active substances:
– human plasma proteins, of which immunoglobulins of classes IgG, IgA, IgM at least 97% – 300 mg.
Supplementary substances:
– glycine (aminoacetic acid) – 150 mg.
The drug does not contain preservatives and antibiotics.
How to take, the dosage
After opening the bottle, add 5 ml (1/2 tbsp) of boiled water at room temperature. The drug is dissolved by gentle shaking. Dissolved drug is a clear or slightly opalescent colorless solution.
The drug is taken orally in 1-2 doses (vials) 2-3 times a day, depending on the age of the patient and the severity of the disease 30 minutes before a meal within 5 days. If necessary the course of treatment is repeated.
Interaction
No undesirable interactions with other drugs were noted. It is possible to use in combination with antibiotics, chemotherapeutic agents and bacteriophages.
Special Instructions
The drug is not suitable for use in bottles with compromised integrity, labeling, with gross foreign inclusions, with changes in physical properties, with expired shelf life, with improper storage.
Cautions for use
The safety of the preparations of human immunoglobulin normal in pregnancy and during breast-feeding has not been studied in controlled clinical trials, so their administration to pregnant and breast-feeding women must be done with caution. Long-term experience of clinical use of human normal immunoglobulin preparations shows that we should not expect any adverse effect of these drugs on pregnancy, fetus or child during breastfeeding.

Side effects
Local allergic reactions in the form of local polymorphic skin rashes are possible. In case of skin rash the drug is continued with antihistamines.
