Enhances endothelial NO synthase activity, restores endothelial production of nitric oxide (NO) during sexual stimulation, increases the content of cyclic guanosine-2 monophosphate (cGMP) in smooth muscles and promotes their relaxation, which leads to increased blood filling of cavernous bodies and provides an erection of sufficient strength and duration. The drug increases libido (libido) and sexual satisfaction. Regular use of the drug increases the level of testosterone in the serum (at a moderately reduced baseline< br>).

Pharmacokinetics

The sensitivity of modern physicochemical methods of analysis< br> (gas-liquid chromatography, high-performance liquid< br> Chromatography, chromatography-mass spectrometry) does not allow to estimate the content of the active ingredient of Impaza in biological fluids, organs and tissues due to the specific composition of the drug (see “Composition (1 tablet)”). See section “Composition (per tablet)”), which makes it technically impossible to study pharmacokinetics.

It is possible to use Impaza while taking nitrates in patients with coronary heart disease (angina pectoris I-II functional class), as well as when used together with beta-adrenoblockers, diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE), calcium antagonists.
