How to take, the dosage

Two filter packs are placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist 15 minutes. Filter-pack squeeze, the amount received infusion bring boiled water to 200 ml.

When taken orally 1/4 cup infusion 3 – 4 times a day for 15 minutes before a meal.
