How to take, the dosage

Sublingual. Pellets should be taken by mouth 30 minutes before a meal or 60 minutes after a meal. Children from 0 to 3 years dilute the pellets, shaking, in 10-15 ml of water at room temperature and give them to drink. The optimal amount for one meal is 5 pellets.
