Retinol is necessary for bone and cartilage growth, stimulates epithelialization, the synthesis of rhodopsin. Thiamine regulates carbohydrate metabolism and affects the functioning of the nervous system.

Riboflavin and nicotinamide are involved in the process of tissue respiration, pyridoxine – in the metabolism of amino acids, histamine, neurotransmitters, cyanocobalamin and folic acid – in the exchange of nucleic acids, choline, in the process of hematopoiesis; Ascorbic acid – in redox processes, synthesis of corticosteroids, hemoglobin, collagen, dentin, regulation of blood clotting (also increases nonspecific immunoresistance);
