Glue BF-6, alcohol 15 g

Glue BF-6 promotes the healing of small skin wounds due to the formation of an insulating film on their surface.

The latter is elastic and resistant to mechanical and chemical influences.

The coating of BF-6 glue creates conditions of isolation of microflora of small root canals from products of tissue destruction.

How to take, the dosage

BF-6 glue is used topically in adults and children Children under one year of age are not recommended to use BF-6 glue.

Before applying BF-6 glue the skin area should be thoroughly cleaned of dirt. Stop bleeding with a cotton or gauze swab and dry the area to be covered with glue.

The latter is applied to the skin with a thin even layer until the complete coverage of the damaged area and the adjacent undamaged tissues (no bandage is applied).

If the integrity of the film is compromised, a new film is applied over it. In surgical treatment of periradicular foci of infection the tooth root is thoroughly cleaned of granulation and cyst membrane, bleeding is stopped, dried and the part of the tooth root projecting into the defect of the jaw bone is covered with glue without allowing the glue to drip on the bone. After 1 – 2 minutes the wound is dried, watching the filling of the periorbital defect of the jaw with a blood clot.

The further management of the postoperative period is normal. The film forms within 2 – 5 minutes after application of BF-6 and is firmly held on the skin for 2 – 3 days, and on the apex of the tooth root up to 7 days.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance to the drug.

Children under 1 year of age.

Side effects

Burning at the site of application, allergic reactions.
