Gaviscon, 150 ml mint suspension

When taken orally Gaviscon quickly reacts with the acidic contents of the stomach.
In this case an alginate gel is formed, preventing the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux.
In regurgitation, the gel is more likely than the stomach contents to enter the esophagus, where it reduces mucosal irritation.
Indications
Symptomatic treatment of dyspepsia associated with increased acidity of gastric juice and gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn, sour belching); feeling of heaviness in the stomach after a meal, including during pregnancy.
