A topical antiseptic

Pharmic action:

Fucorcinol has antiseptic and antifungal action.

Indications

Pustular and fungal skin diseases;

superficial wounds; erosions; cracks;

dermal abrasions.

Active ingredient

Acetone, Boric acid, Resorcinol

Composition

active ingredients:

dye fuchsin basic (fuchsin basic for microbiological purposes)-0.4 g

boric acid – 0.8 g

phenol – 3.9 g

resorcinol (resorcinol) – 7.8 g

accessory substances:

acetone – 4.9 ml

ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 95% – 9.6 ml

purified water – up to 100 ml

How to take, the dosage

Externally. The solution is applied with a cotton swab to the affected areas of the skin 2-4 times a day.

After the liquid dries, ointments and pastes can be applied to the treated area.

Special Instructions

Do not apply Fucorcinol to large areas of the skin, because the phenol in the solution penetrates the blood and can cause toxic effects (dizziness, weakness).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug Fucorcin.

Side effects

A brief sensation of burning and pain that goes away on its own and does not require withdrawal of the drug.
