Fruitolax – biologically active food supplement. It is not a medicine.

Lactulose – has a laxative effect, helps prevent constipation and restore regular bowel emptying. Lactulose does not reduce the absorption of vitamins and is not addictive. It has a hyperosmotic laxative effect, increases the absorption of phosphates and calcium salts. Lactulose improves the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract, which contributes to the effectiveness of diets.

Plus acts as a mild laxative by stimulating the colon muscles, normalizes the digestive system and increases the secretion of gastric juice.

Johnberries contain pectin, which acts as a mild laxative for underactive bowels and constipation.

Aprilberries have a restorative, laxative, anti-atherosclerotic effect, improves metabolism and hematopoiesis. Apricots are rich in potassium, which prevents its loss associated with looseness of the intestine.

Flaxseeds increase reminiscence and promote natural emptying of the intestine.

Brush bark – a mild, very effective laxative that affects the large intestine.

Phenchel – has antispasmodic and carminative effects, increases the secretion of digestive glands.

How to take, the dosage

Adults take 2 teaspoons (10 ml), children over 14 years old take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) in the afternoon with a meal.

Duration of use – 2 weeks. If necessary, the reception can be repeated. Shake well before use. Store the opened bottle in the refrigerator for maximum 1 month.

If 2 tsp.L. per day satisfies the body’s daily physiological requirement for lactulose (3.9* g/10 ml) by 192%

The content does not exceed the upper allowable daily intake level.
