Fosfontsiale – combined drug for the treatment of liver and biliary tract diseases. Reproduces clinical and pharmacological effects of its components – “essential” phospholipids and the sum of flavolignans (in terms of silybinin) of milk thistle.

Phosphonciale – hepatoprotective agent, normalizes the metabolism of lipids, proteins and phospholipids, stimulates protein synthesis, helps activate and protect phospholipid-dependent enzyme systems, improves the functional state of the liver and its detoxification function, helps to preserve and restore the structure of hepatocytes; inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver.

Indications

As part of complex therapy:

hepatitis (acute and chronic of various origins),
fatty liver of various origins (diabetes mellitus, chronic infections),
toxic hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis,
liver cirrhosis, hepatic coma, gestosis, radiation sickness,
psoriasis (as an adjuvant therapy),

Composition

1 capsule contains:

active ingredients:

lipoid C100 – 200 mg (in terms of phosphatidylcholine 188 mg),

silymar – 70 mg (including silybin 50 mg);

excipients:

colloidal silicon dioxide (aeroperl 300),

povidone (kollidon 90 F),

calcium phosphate dihydrate,

magnesium stearate,

trehalose dihydrate;

excipients of the gelatin capsule shell:

gelatin,

titanium dioxide, ponceau 4R,

quinoline yellow.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of Fosphonciale.
