Fosfontsiale, capsules 30 pcs

Fosfontsiale – combined drug for the treatment of liver and biliary tract diseases. Reproduces clinical and pharmacological effects of its components – “essential” phospholipids and the sum of flavolignans (in terms of silybinin) of milk thistle.

Phosphonciale – hepatoprotective agent, normalizes the metabolism of lipids, proteins and phospholipids, stimulates protein synthesis, helps activate and protect phospholipid-dependent enzyme systems, improves the functional state of the liver and its detoxification function, helps to preserve and restore the structure of hepatocytes; inhibits the formation of connective tissue in the liver.

Composition

1 capsule contains:

the active ingredients:

Lipoid C100 – 200 mg (in terms of phosphatidylcholine 188 mg),

silimar – 70 mg (including silibin 50 mg);

excipients:

colloidal silicon dioxide (aeroperl 300),

povidone (collidone 90 F),

calcium phosphate dihydrate,

magnesium stearate,

trehalose dihydrate;

excipients of the gelatin capsule shell:

gelatin,

titanium dioxide, ponceau 4R,

quinoline yellow.

How to take, the dosage

With hepatitis of various etiologies – orally, 2 capsules 2 – 3 times a day with meals, swallowed whole with plenty of water. The course of treatment – at least 3 months, if necessary, the treatment can be continued or repeated. In case of viral hepatitis (especially in case of hepatitis B and C) it is taken in 2 capsules before or with meals 2 – 3 times a day; the course of treatment may be prolonged up to 12 months.

In psoriasis (as a part of complex therapy) it is taken in 1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day; the course of treatment lasts 14 to 40 days.

In gestosis (gestosis with primary liver damage, hepatosis, HELLP – syndrome) – 2 – 3 capsules 2 – 3 times a day. The course of treatment is from 10 to 30 days.

In case of liver cirrhosis, 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day, the course of treatment is at least 3 months (depending on the severity of the process).

Indications, drug intoxication – 2 capsules 2 – 3 times a day, the course of treatment up to 30-40 days.

For prophylactic purposes (for example, for people who work in harmful jobs connected with the risk of ionizing radiation) the drug can be taken in 1 capsule 2 to 3 times a day for 1 to 3 months.
