Hawthorn fruit 525 mg

Oregano herb 345 mg

Melissa herb 345 mg

Chamomile flowers 165 mg

Hops cones 90 mg

Directions for use

1 filter bag pour 1 cup boiling water (200 ml), infuse 5 – 10 minutes.

Take adults and children over 14 years, 1 cup 30-40 minutes before bedtime.

The duration of intake is at least 30 days, in case of sleep disturbances the intake can be repeated 3 – 4 times a year.
