Adults: 10 ml per day with meals.

The duration of treatment is 1 month.

Shake before use.

Do not drink directly from the bottle!

Use the included measuring cup.

It’s nice to drink with mineral water or juice. Adding tonic to fresh orange juice allows the active ingredients to enter the body more harmoniously. It is not advisable to take black and green tea, coffee, vitamin E, milk and calcium at the same time, which reduce the bioavailability of iron.
