Pharmacological properties

It has choleretic, choleretic, choleretic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antispasmodic and wound healing action. Increases the secretion of bile and increases the content of bilirubin in it, increases the tone of the gallbladder and helps the outflow of bile. It has a relaxing effect on smooth muscle of gallbladder sphincters and biliary tract, changes viscosity and chemical composition of bile.

Stimulating secretion of gastric juice and slowing down the evacuatory function of the stomach and intestines, it promotes better digestion. It activates external secretory activity of the pancreas; it dilates blood vessels of the intestine.

In promoting the excretion of cholesterol with bile, has hypocholesterolemic effect; has antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria.

Indications

Chronic hepatocholecystitis, cholecystitis, biliary dyskinesia.

How to take, the dosage

In the mouth, adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet 3 times a day 30 minutes before a meal (with a little warm water). If necessary, two tablets 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment is 10-40 days.

Interaction

Adds the activity of metronidazole and aminoquinol in the treatment of giardiasis.

Special Instructions

Contraindications

High individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, cholelithiasis, obstructive jaundice, gastric and 12 duodenal ulcer in the acute phase, age under 12 years, lactase deficiency, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption.

With caution

Arterial hypertension.
