The seed husk of the flea plantain (Plantago psyllium) 5 g

Fruits of the domestic plum (Domestica prunus) 1 g

How to take, the dosage

Overly, with meals.

Adults and children over 14 years of age – 1 sachet or 2 tsp. 1-4 times a day, previously stirring the powder in half a glass of water, juice, kefir, yogurt or any other non-carbonated soft drink.

It is recommended to drink with a glass of clean non-carbonated water.

The dose of the drug should be increased in steps, with 1-2 sachets (2-4 tsp) in the first week of taking it, and 3-4 sachets (6-8 tsp) per day in the second week.
