L-Theanine is a unique amino acid, an organic substance found in tea leaves. Clinical studies have shown that L-theanine reduces stress, improves sleep quality, reduces PMS (premenstrual syndrome) symptoms, increases mental alertness and reduces the negative side effects of caffeine.
