Interaction

The compatibility of simultaneous intra-articular administration of Fermatron plus with other substances has not been tested.

Therefore, mixing or simultaneous administration of other intra-articular preparations is not recommended.

Special Instructions

To be treated with Fermatron there is no need for hospitalization.

The intra-articular injections of the drug can be given by an outpatient clinic doctor.

During treatment with Fermatron, you can go about your daily activities.

Contraindications

Presence of infected wounds, abrasions in the joint area.

Injection is not recommended until the phenomena of synovitis have resolved due to dilution of the drug with synovial fluid and possible reduction of the therapeutic effect.

Side effects

• In intra-articular injection, temporary passing pain and swelling may occur.
• In patients with inflammatory osteoarthritis, synovial joint inflammation may increase temporarily after administration of the drug.
• In rare cases, an inflammatory reaction may or may not be associated with the administration of Fermatron

Pregnancy use

The safety of the drug Fermatron plus during pregnancy and lactation has not been established.

Prescribing the drug during pregnancy and lactation is at the discretion of the orthopedic surgeon.
