Fennel fruit is a herbal remedy. A wide range of pharmacological activity of fennel fruit is provided mainly by essential oil.

The essential oil of fennel fruit has some antiseptic effect.

Indications

How to take, the dosage

Fennel fruits are taken internally. 1 teaspoon of fruit put in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and infused for 2 hours.

Strain, squeeze the remaining raw materials.

Special Instructions

Consult a physician before use. Fennel preparations should not be used in pregnancy, as well as in young children.

Contraindications

Individual intolerance, pregnancy, lactation.
