Fenistil Penzivir, cream with toning effect 1% 2 g

Phenystil Penzivil is an antiviral drug for external use.

Penciclovir is an antiviral drug, active against viruses Herpes simplex type 1 and 2, Varicella zoster virus. The virus can remain in an inactive form in the body for a long period of time. When activated (e.g. due to fatigue, cold, flu), the virus begins to multiply, which leads to fever in the form of blister rashes, especially often observed on or around the lips.

Penciclovir blocks the virus and stops it from multiplying. Use of the drug leads to faster recovery, reduces the intensity of pain, and shortens the period of risk of transmission of the viral infection.

1 g of the cream contains penciclovir 10 mg;

excipients:

cetomacrogol 1000,

cetostearyl alcohol,

white soft paraffin,

Paraffin oil (liquid paraffin),

propylene glycol,

purified water.

How to take, the dosage

Phenystil Pencivir is used topically. Treatment should begin as soon as possible, when the first signs of infection appear, but even with the development of herpes in the blister stage, the use of Penicil Penicivir cream shortens the healing time (reduces pain and shortens the period of peeling of the crust formed by the viral action).

Adults and children 12 years of age and older – a small amount of cream is squeezed onto the fingertip and applied to the affected area every 2 hours. The course of treatment is 4 days.
