Pharmacological properties:

Combination drug, the action of which is due to the components in its composition. Enzystal® has a protective coating which does not dissolve before entering the small intestine, which protects the enzymes from the destructive action of gastric juice.

Ensistal® facilitates fast and complete digestion of food, alleviates the symptoms resulting from digestive disorders (a feeling of heaviness and overfilling of the stomach, flatulence, shortness of breath due to accumulation of gas in the intestines, diarrhea). Amylase, lipase and protease enzymes included in pancreatin facilitate the digestion of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, which facilitates their full absorption in the small intestine.

Hemicellulase is an enzyme that promotes the breakdown of plant fiber, which also improves digestion and reduces the formation of gas in the intestine. Bile extract has a choleretic effect, helps emulsify fats, increases the activity of lipase, improves the absorption of fats and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.

How to take, the dosage

Overly, without chewing, with or immediately after a meal, drinking a small amount of liquid.

Adults: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day. Higher doses are prescribed by the doctor. Children over 6 years of age (by doctor’s prescription) – 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.

The duration of treatment may vary from a few days (when digestion is disturbed due to errors in the diet) to several months or years (if permanent replacement therapy is necessary).

Before an x-ray examination or ultrasound – 2 tablets 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days before the examination.
