Composition

The rhizomes and roots of Devil’s wort.

Hairwort rhizomes and roots contain essential oil (including sesquiterpene lactones),

inulin,

mucilage and other biologically active substances.

How to take, the dosage

About 16 g (2 tablespoons) of rhizomes and roots are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat on a boiling water bath with frequent stirring for 30 minutes, cool for 10 minutes at room temperature, strain, squeeze the remaining raw material.

The volume of the resulting broth is adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml.

Warm oral intake is 1/2 cup 2-3 times daily. The course of treatment is 2 weeks.

We recommend to shake the decoction before drinking.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug, kidney disease, pregnancy, lactation, children under 12 years of age.

Side effects

Allergic reactions, heartburn,

increased abdominal pain are possible.
