Directions for use

About 16 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed rhizomes and roots are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and insist on a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze the remaining material.
