Recommendations for use

About 16 g (1 tablespoon) of crushed rhizomes and roots are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and leave in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, filter, squeeze out the remaining raw materials.

Storage conditions

In a dry place, protected from light. The finished broth is stored in a cool place for no more than 2 days. Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life

3 years. Do not use after expiration date.
