The drug “Ecoflor” is a new generation probiotic, which is a consortium of live antagonistic active strains of bifidus and lactobacilli immobilized on the enterosorbent SUMS-1.

The carbon-mineral enterosorbent SMS-1 is used in medicine to reduce body intoxication by eliminating toxins of different origin and salts of heavy metals from the intestines. It possesses high adsorption activity, does not affect water-salt balance in the gastrointestinal tract, does not cause intestinal atony and can be used for a long time.

The microbiological basis of the drug “Ecoflor” is a consortium of antagonistic active bifidobacteria species – B.bifidum and B.longum, as well as lactobacilli species – L.casei, L.plantarum and L.acidophilus. Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus suppress the reproduction of pathogenic, putrefactive and gas-forming microflora, are involved in digestive processes and vitamin synthesis, help to normalize the metabolism of trace elements, especially iron and calcium, normalize the content and exchange of biologically active substances.

Bifidobacteria and lactobacteria have immunostimulatory activity, have a beneficial effect on the body in chronic diseases of internal organs.

The amount of beneficial bacteria in Ekoflora is much lower than in other liquid products by the company “Vector-Bialgam”, but higher than in conventional dry probiotics. Once in the intestines, they are “landed” from the sorbent and immediately begin to fill the cleansed areas of the intestine. Putting the beneficial bacteria inside the sorbent makes it possible to significantly increase their protection when passing through the stomach, where conventional dry products lose more than 90% of their activity.

enterosorbent SUMC-1 – 70 g biomass of bifido- and lactobacilli with a titer of 108 CFU/g – 30 g.

How to take, the dosage

Take 10-15 minutes before meals, mixed with a small amount of water. To facilitate the intake it is possible to mix the powder with a small portion of kissel.

If necessary, the drug is taken regardless of meals. The recommended duration of intake is from 10 to 14 days.

Dosage of the preparation:
Children from 3 to 5 years old – 3 g for 1 course 2 times a day
Children from 5 to 10 years old – 5 g for 1 course 2 times a day
Adults and children older than 10 years – 5 g for 1 course 2-3 times a day
