Synopsis

Drastop Advance is a biologically active food supplement that promotes cartilage regeneration.

Glucosamine sulfate is a salt of the natural aminonosaccharide glucosamine, physiologically present in the human body. It has chondroprotective and osteotropic effects, normalizes the deposition of calcium in bone tissue. Shows a moderate anti-inflammatory effect. It prevents possible metabolic damage of cartilage from the action of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and glucocorticosteroids (GCS).

Chondroitin sulfate is a high molecular weight mucopolysaccharide involved in the construction of cartilage tissue (serves as an additional substrate for the formation of the cartilage matrix). It has a chondroprotective effect, stimulates the regeneration of cartilage tissue, and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.

Ascorbic acid stimulates the synthesis of collagen and moderately increases the synthesis of aggrecan (the main proteoglycan of articular cartilage). Also in the presence of ascorbic acid significantly increases the synthesis of sulfated proteoglycans and reduces the severity of pain syndrome.

Manganese is involved in the processes of energy production, metabolism of proteins and fats, the synthesis of bone and connective tissue.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural organic sulfur compound with a strong anti-inflammatory effect. It shows high biological activity in the treatment and strengthening of joints and ligaments. Sulfur promotes the absorption of minerals by the liver, is important for brain function, hair, nails, connective tissue, cartilage, has a pronounced anti-allergic effect.

Dry extract of resinous gum Boswellia is an effective anti-inflammatory agent. Does not cause gastrointestinal mucosal irritation, bronchospasms, hives. Boswellia supports the musculoskeletal system, has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and analgesic effects.

Dry extract of cat’s claw bark stimulates the immune system, normalizes immunoglobulin (antibody) levels, promotes the destruction and excretion of tissue and circulating immune complexes, has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
