Antiseptic of combined composition for external use. The active ingredients of the drug – benzalkonium chloride and cetrimide – are quaternary ammonium compounds.
It has antiseptic and disinfectant effect.
The drug has antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, to a lesser extent – against Gram-negative bacteria. It is not active against acid-fast bacteria and bacterial spores.
Indications
Prevention and treatment of diaper dermatitis; as a first aid for minor skin injuries (minor burns, cuts, scrapes and sunburns).

Active ingredients:
Benzalkonium chloride 100 µg;
zetrimide 2 mg.
Auxiliary substances:
Paraffin soft white – 100 mg,
lanolin anhydrous – 20 mg,
cetyl alcohol – 50 mg,
polyvax GP200 – 50 mg,
chlorcresol – 1 mg,
carmosine (E122) – 0.02 mg,
purified water – up to 1000 mg.
How to take, the dosage
Interaction
Soap and anionic surfactants reduce the effectiveness of the product.
Special Instructions
Avoid contact with the eyes.
If the rash does not disappear within 48-72 hours, see a doctor.
The cream should not be applied to infected skin with compromised skin integrity.
