The plant extracts of valerian and melissa contain a large number of biologically active substances, which together determine their pharmacological activity.

Hence, data on the pharmacokinetics of the individual chemical components that make up the extracts are insufficient to extrapolate to the drug as a whole.

Valerian rhizomes with roots extract dry (3-6:1) 160 mg

extractant – ethanol 62%

melissa leaf extract dry (4-6:1) 80 mg

extractant – ethanol 30%.

sucrose – 2.5 mg;

crospovidone – 15 mg;

castor oil hydrogenated – 23 mg;

colloidal silica – 11 mg;

MCC – 67 mg;

Magnesium stearate – 1.5 mg.

Hypromellose, 20.08 mg; MCC, 2.51 mg; stearic acid, 2.51 mg; titanium dioxide (E171), 2.421 mg; Indigo carmine varnish (E132) – 1.639 mg; talcum powder – 0.46 mg; vanillin – 0.282 mg; sodium saccharinate – 0.049 mg; defoaming emulsion (in terms of dry substance) – 0.049 mg.

How to take, the dosage

Overly, regardless of meals, without chewing, drinking a small amount of liquid.

In case of insomnia (difficulty falling asleep)

Adults and children over 6 years of age: 2 tablets 30 min before sleep.

In case of increased nervous irritability

Adults and children over 6 years: 2 tablets 2 times a day (morning and evening).

The course of treatment is up to 1.5-2 months.

Interaction

Accelerates the effect of sleeping pills and other drugs that depress the CNS, including alcohol.

Special Instructions

If there is no therapeutic effect on the background of taking the drug for 2-3 weeks, consult a physician. The drug should not be used for more than 1.5-2 months daily.

Impact on ability to operate vehicles and other mechanisms requiring high concentration

When using the drug, caution must be exercised when performing potentially hazardous activities requiring increased attention and quick psychomotor reactions (driving a vehicle and other vehicles, working with moving machinery, dispatcher and operator’s work).

Contraindications
