Micronutrient magnesium is important for energy supply of cells, metabolic processes, stabilizing the heart muscle. It is involved in the process of neuromuscular excitation. At the same time in the body it is found in extremely small amounts. Vitamin B6 is used in the treatment of neurological disorders, attention deficit disorder, and depression. Vitamin B1 participates in metabolic processes and supports normal activity of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 is used for the treatment and prevention of anemia, protects against the development of heart attack and stroke, and normalizes the functioning of the nervous system.

What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?
For a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, two prerequisites must be present:
