How to take, the dosage

Nose wash
1. Help your child lean forward at a right angle.
2. Ask the child to take a deep breath, hold his/her breath, open his/her mouth for the duration of the procedure, place the lid of the device firmly on the nostril to be flushed. After that the child should smoothly, slowly with minimal pressure squeeze the container. At the same time the solution fills evenly the half of the nose being washed and flows out through the other nostril. If some of the solution gets into the mouth during the procedure, ask your child to spit the solution out. It is not recommended to swallow the solution.
3. When the solution stops flowing from the other nostril, ask the child to remove the device from her nose without unclenching it, close her mouth and start breathing. After that, you can unclench her fingers. To remove residual solution from the nose, ask the child to blow his nose without changing the position of the head, keeping the mouth slightly open.
4. Without changing the position of the body and head, control the washing of the opposite half of the nose in the same way.
5. Rinse the left and right halves of the nose in turns until the solution in the container runs out.
6. For final removal from the nasal passages, ask the child to squeeze the empty container of the device, take a deep breath, hold your breath, close your mouth. The child should hold the lid of the device tightly against the right nostril, closing the left nostril with the finger of his free hand. Then you need to unclench the container, and the container will unfold. The procedure to remove residual solution and mucus from the left nostril is also performed. The head can only be raised after the procedure is complete.

Synopsis

When the product is dissolved in boiled water, a solution is obtained which has the same mineral composition as human blood plasma, so the rinsing procedure does not cause discomfort and is safe for the nasal mucosa.

The special Dolphin rinsing device is equipped with a nozzle which ensures an even and smooth flow of solution during the procedure. The nozzle compensates for excessive pressure, and the washing fluid enters the nasal cavity gradually. Therefore, the procedure itself is as comfortable as possible.
