Special instructions

Before you start taking Dioridinvel®, it is recommended to consult your doctor.

In case of exacerbation of hemorrhoids, the prescription of Dioridinvel® does not replace the specific treatment of other anal disorders. The duration of treatment should not exceed the periods specified in the section “Method of administration and dosage”. If symptoms do not disappear after the recommended course of therapy, a proctological examination should be performed and the therapy used should be reconsidered.

In the presence of venous circulation disorders, the maximum effect of treatment is ensured by combining therapy with a healthy (balanced) lifestyle: it is advisable to avoid long exposure to the sun, long periods of standing, and it is also recommended to reduce excess body weight. Walking and, in some cases, wearing special stockings that help improve blood circulation.

Contact your doctor immediately if your condition worsens or does not improve during treatment.

Hesperidin, Diosmin

Composition

For one tablet:

Active ingredients: hesperidin – 50 mg, diosmin – 450 mg.

Excipients: gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (sodium starch glycolate, Primogel), talc, purified water, opadry II 32F230011 orange (hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide, macrogol-4000, yellow iron oxide dye, iron oxide dye red).

Pregnancy

Experiments on animals did not reveal teratogenic effects.

To date, there have been no reports of undesirable effects when using the drug by pregnant women.

Due to the lack of data regarding the excretion of the drug into breast milk, it is not recommended to take the drug during breastfeeding.

Reproductive toxicity studies showed no effect on reproductive function in rats of either sex.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, breastfeeding period.

Patients with rare hereditary diseases such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome.

Side Effects

The frequency of adverse reactions is given in accordance with the WHO classification: very often (>1/10); often (>1/100, 1/1000, 1/10,000, <1/1000); very rare (<1/10,000, including isolated reports); frequency unknown (frequency cannot be calculated from available data).

From the central nervous system:

Rarely: dizziness, headache, general malaise.

From the digestive system:

Common: diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting. Uncommon: colitis.

Frequency unknown: abdominal pain.

Allergic reactions:

Rarely: skin rash, itching, urticaria.

Frequency unknown: isolated swelling of the face, lips, eyelids. In exceptional cases, angioedema.

Inform your doctor if you experience any undesirable reactions and sensations, including those not mentioned in these instructions, as well as changes in laboratory parameters during therapy.

Interaction
