The therapy of symptoms of venous and lymphatic insufficiency:

– pain;

– cramping of the lower extremities;

– feeling of heaviness and tumescence in the legs;

– “tired” legs.

Treatment of manifestations of venous and lymphatic insufficiency:

– swelling of the lower extremities;

– trophic changes in the skin and subcutaneous tissue;

– venous trophic ulcers.

Symptomatic therapy of acute and chronic hemorrhoids.

Active ingredient

Composition

Per tablet:

Active ingredients: hesperidin – 50 mg, diosmin – 450 mg.

Auxiliary substances: gelatin, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch (sodium starch glycolate, primogel), talc, purified water, opadray II 32F230011 orange (hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, titanium dioxide, macrogol-4000, iron oxide yellow colorant, iron oxide red colorant).

How to take, the dosage

Overly, with meals.

In case of veno-lymphatic insufficiency, 2 tablets per day (one or two doses): morning, afternoon and/or evening.

The duration of treatment can be several months (up to 12 months). In case of recurrence of symptoms, the course of treatment may be repeated upon the doctor’s recommendation.

In case of acute hemorrhoids, 6 tablets a day: 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the evening for 4 days, then 4 tablets a day: 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the evening for the next 3 days.

The recommended dose for chronic hemorrhoids is 2 tablets a day.

Interaction

There are no data on interactions with other medicines.

You should tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking.

Special Instructions

Consultation with your doctor is recommended before starting Dioridinwel®.

In case of exacerbation of hemorrhoids, the prescription of Dioridinwell® does not replace the specific treatment of other anal disorders. The duration of treatment should not exceed the periods specified in the “Dosage and administration” section. If symptoms do not disappear after the recommended course of therapy, proctologic examination should be performed and the therapy used should be reviewed.

In the presence of venous circulatory disorders, the maximum effect of treatment is achieved by combining therapy with a healthy (balanced) lifestyle: it is advisable to avoid long periods of exposure to the sun, prolonged periods of standing on feet and it is also recommended to reduce excessive body weight. Walking and, in some cases, wearing special stockings to improve blood circulation.

The frequency of adverse reactions is given according to the WHO classification: Very common (>1/10); common (>1/100, <1/10); infrequent (>1/1000, <1/100); rare (>1/10 000, <1/1000); very rare (<1/10 000, including individual reports); frequency unknown (frequency cannot be calculated from available data).

Particular nervous system disorders:

Rarely: dizziness, headache, general malaise.

Digestive system disorders:

Often: diarrhea, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting. Infrequent: colitis.

Infrequent unknown: abdominal pain.

Allergic reactions:

Rarely: skin rash, skin itching, urticaria.

Prevalence unknown: isolated swelling of the face, lips, eyelids. In exceptional cases, angioedema.

Please tell your physician if you have any undesirable reactions or sensations, including those not mentioned in these instructions, or if there are changes in the laboratory values during therapy.

Overdose

Pregnancy use

There have been no animal experiments showing teratogenic effects.

To date there have been no reports of adverse effects when using the drug in pregnant women.

In the absence of data concerning excretion of the drug into the breast milk, it is not recommended to take the drug during breastfeeding.

Reproductive toxicity studies have shown no effect on reproductive function in rats of either sex.
