Dihydroquercetin Plus is a bioflavonoid remedy of plant origin, obtained from the wood of Siberian larch (Larix sibirica Ledeb.) or Dahurian larch (L. dahurica Turcz.).

It has angioprotective, antioxidant, detoxifying, hepatoprotective (antitoxic), radioprotective and anti-edema effects; it stimulates regeneration processes of the stomach mucosa. It prevents lipid peroxidation in cell membranes, protects the walls of blood vessels from damage, reduces edema in inflammation, has hypolipidemic and diuretic activity.

In patients with acute pneumonia effectively decreases the high intensity of lipid peroxidation by 10-14 days and promotes the normalization of plasma alpha-tocopherol, provides anti-inflammatory, detoxifying, immunomodulatory effects, reduces the severity of bronchoobstruction, accelerates the clinical and radiological resolution of pneumonia, helps to restore capillary resistance.

In patients with exacerbation of COPD it facilitates faster disappearance of catarrhal signs and edema of the bronchi, more complete restoration of the parameters of external respiration.

In patients with acute bronchial asthma positive dynamics of functional indices of external respiration, decrease of attacks frequency and sputum amount, significant improvement of bronchial conduction indices are observed.

In patients with unstable angina (in combination therapy) decrease and disappearance of myocardial ischemia signs, cardiac rhythm recovery are observed.

Indications

Bronchopulmonary diseases, including acute pneumonia, chronic obstructive bronchitis, bronchial asthma (infectious form) in the acute stage; in the treatment: CHD (unstable angina), atrial arrhythmia (in combination therapy).

How to take, the dosage

Ingestion with meals. Adults and children over 14 years: 2 units. 2 times a day.

The duration of treatment is 2 – 3 weeks.
