Natural properties of Arnica help improve blood circulation, reduce swelling, help with bruises and promote resorption of hematomas.

Capsaicin, a component found in pepper, is traditionally used to warm the joints and muscles.
Arnica extract stimulates peripheral blood circulation and helps reduce swelling.
Grape seed oil, vitamin E and lavender essential oil increase microcirculation in the skin, improving the penetration of other ingredients and consolidating the restorative effect.
