How to take, the dosage

Approximately 10 g (3 tablespoons) of stigmas are placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes, cool at room temperature for 10 minutes, strain, squeeze out the remaining raw material.
