Contour Plus test strips are designed for independent measurement of glucose in whole blood.
System Contour Plus has a number of features that provide accurate results comparable to the laboratory:

Pharmacological effect

The test allows you to quantitatively measure blood glucose levels in the range from 0.6 to 33.3 mmol/l using the Kontur TS device.

Storage conditions

– Store strips at temperatures between 9 and 30 °C.

– Store the strips in the original bottle. After removing the strip from the bottle, immediately close it tightly with the cap.

– Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before using the strips.

– Do not use test strips after the expiration date. The expiration date is indicated on the bottle sticker, as well as on the box with test strips.

– Test strips are intended for single use. Do not reuse them.

– After opening the box of test strips, make sure the bottle cap is securely closed. If the lid is not closed, do not use test strips.

Composition

Test strips Contour TC are plastic strips measuring 5 by 28 mm, with an electrode system at one end and a blood collection chamber at the other.

Chemical composition: Flavin adenine dinucleotide-glucose dehydrogenase (FAD-GDH) (Aspergillus sp., 2.0 units per test strip), 6%; potassium ferricyanide 56%; inactive components 38%.
