Special Instructions

When moving the meter and test strips to a warmer or cooler location, wait 20 minutes before measuring glucose levels. The Contour TS system provides accurate results at temperatures from 5°C to 45°C.

The altitude within 3048 m has no significant effect on the results.

Decreased concentrations of substances appearing naturally in the blood (uric acid, bilirubin) or accumulating during treatment (ascorbic acid, acetaminophen) do not significantly affect results.
