The action of COMPLYVIT® Iron is due to the properties of the constituent components. Compatibility of the components in 1 tablet is provided by a special technology of production of vitamin and mineral complexes.

The COMPLYVIT® Iron is a source of vitamins and minerals. A distinctive feature of COMPLYVIT® Iron is the content of the daily physiological dose of iron (in the form of iron fumarate).

Iron is an essential element for the body. It is part of hemoglobin and participates in tissue respiration. Iron is necessary for the formation of bones, the nervous system, the gastrointestinal tract, endocrine glands, the normal functioning of the immune system. Iron deficiency can lead to anemia.

The COMPLYVIT® Iron also contains a complex of other essential minerals and vitamins:

Vitamin A (retinol acetate) is involved in the formation of visual pigments, is necessary for twilight and color vision, is necessary for bone growth, normal reproductive function, ensures the integrity of epithelial tissue.

Vitamin E (α-Tocopherol acetate) has antioxidant properties, along with selenium inhibits the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids, maintains the stability of red blood cells, prevents hemolysis, has a positive effect on the function of gonads, nervous and muscle tissue.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) is the most important catalyst of cellular respiration, is involved in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, the maintenance of normal visual function of the eye, the synthesis of hemoglobin.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) is involved in metabolism and is necessary for the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system.

COMPLYVIT ® Iron is recommended as a dietary food supplement – an additional source of vitamins: A, C, E, B-group (B1, B2, B6, B12, calcium pantothenate), folic acid, nicotinamide, mineral elements: copper, zinc, iron, iodine.

How to take, the dosage

It is recommended to consult a doctor before use.
Adults orally, 1 tablet a day with meals.
The duration of use is 1 month.
