Pharmacological properties
A combined product containing a complex of vitamins and minerals, which are important factors of metabolic processes. Compatibility of the components in 1 tablet is provided by a special technology of production of vitamin-mineral complexes.
Retinol (vitamin A) ensures the normal function of the skin, mucous membranes and eyes.
α-Tocopherol acetate (vitamin E) – has antioxidant properties, maintains the stability of red blood cells, prevents hemolysis, has a positive effect on the function of gonads, nervous and muscle tissue.
Ergocalciferol (vitamin D 2) – is involved in maintaining homeostasis of calcium and phosphorus, improves their absorption in the small intestine, prevents the development of rickets.
Thiamine (vitamin B 1) – is involved in carbohydrate metabolism, the function of the nervous system.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is an essential catalyst of cellular respiration and visual perception.
Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) – is involved in protein metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) – is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, is an important factor in normal growth, hematopoiesis and development of epithelial cells; it is necessary for the metabolism of folic acid and the synthesis of myelin.
Nicotinamide (vitamin PP) is involved in the processes of tissue respiration, fat and carbohydrate metabolism.
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) – provides the synthesis of collagen, is involved in the formation and maintenance of structure and function of cartilage, bone, teeth, affects the formation of hemoglobin, the maturation of red blood cells.
Rutin (rutoside) – is involved in redox processes, has antioxidant properties, prevents oxidation and promotes the deposition of ascorbic acid in the tissues.
Calcium pantothenate – plays an important role in the processes of acetylation and oxidation; helps build, regenerate epithelium and endothelium.
Folic acid – is involved in the synthesis of amino acids, nucleotides, nucleic acids, is necessary for normal erythropoiesis.
Iron – is involved in erythropoiesis, as part of hemoglobin provides oxygen transport to tissues.
Calcium is necessary for bone formation, blood coagulation, nerve impulse transmission, contraction of skeletal and smooth muscles, and normal activity of the myocardium.
Zinc – immunostimulant, promotes the absorption of vitamin A, promotes regeneration and hair growth.
Magnesium plays an important role in the biosynthesis of protein and energy metabolism, reduces the excitability of the nervous system, prevents the formation of kidney stones.
Phosphorus strengthens bone tissue and teeth, increases mineralization, and is part of ATP, the source of cell energy.
Manganese is necessary for normal growth, metabolism, osteogenesis, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
Selenium – is involved in the regulation of elasticity of tissues, has an antioxidant effect, protects cells and body tissues from the adverse factors of the environment.
Iodine – is part of the thyroid hormones – thyroxine and triiodothyronine, which control the intensity of energy metabolism, actively influence the mental and physical development of the person and the central nervous system.
Fluorine is an essential element for normal growth and development of the body, reduces the frequency and severity of dental caries.

The simultaneous use of vitamin C and sulfonamide short-acting drugs increases the risk of crystalluria.
The antacids containing aluminum, magnesium, calcium, and colestyramine reduce iron absorption.
The simultaneous administration of thiazide diuretics increases the risk of hypercalcemia.
.
Special Instructions
In case of allergic reactions, the drug should be discontinued. Simultaneous use of other multivitamin complexes is not recommended to avoid overdose. Urine may turn bright yellow, which is absolutely harmless due to the presence of riboflavin in the drug.
