Special instructions

During treatment, a short-term exacerbation of the pain syndrome is possible, which goes away on its own, without stopping the drug. A single dose of the drug contains 1.58 g (2 ml) of absolute alcohol; the daily dose contains 3.16 g (4 ml) of absolute alcohol.

Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.

Impact on the ability to drive vehicles and machinery

During treatment with the drug, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Composition

Active ingredient:

Sabelnik marsh rhizome – 100 g

Excipient:

Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 40% is a sufficient amount to obtain 1000 ml of the drug.

Pregnancy

The drug is contraindicated for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Contraindications

Individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, children under 18 years of age.

Use with caution (due to the ethyl alcohol content) in patients with severe liver dysfunction, brain injuries and diseases, epilepsy, and chronic alcoholism.

Persons with chronic diseases must consult a doctor before using the drug.

Side Effects

In rare cases, allergic reactions, nausea, and diarrhea are possible.

Interaction

When using cinquefoil tincture in combination with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the therapeutic effect is enhanced, which makes it possible to reduce the therapeutic dose of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Overdose

When using the drug in doses significantly higher than recommended, alcohol poisoning is possible. Treatment is symptomatic.
